Heat one teaspoon oil and butter in a pan. Add garlic and sauté. Add green chillies, crushed black peppercorns and three teaspoons roasted cumin powder and mix. Add chicken pieces and mix well. Add salt and sauté till the chicken is almost done. Add yogurt and chaat masala. Mix and cook till the chicken is completely done. Add lemon juice and half the spring onion greens and stir. Cook for a minute and transfer into a serving bowl. Sprinkle the remaining roasted cumin powder and remaining spring onion greens and serve hot. |
